Chikoo started his career in commercial brokerage at @properties, a real estate brokerage firm in Chicago where he sold approximately $30M in multifamily assets in two years. Concurrently, he began investing in residential and commercial real estate. Over the last 10 years, he has built or redeveloped over 350,000 square feet of multifamily real estate as well as overseen the renovation and repositioning of over 1,000 residential units.
Currently, his management company, Ascend Apartments, oversees 1,300 units as a third-party service in the city and suburbs and his construction firm, ROC Development Group, serves as a General Contractor for residential and commercial projects across the city and suburbs.
Chikoo earned a BA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
